Nina Kov is an artistic director, choreographer and drone choreographer.
As creator of the first ever duet between a dancer and a mini helicopter (“Copter” PlacePrize Semi finalist, 2012), Nina is a pioneer in human-flying machine choreographic interactions.
She’s the cofounder of “Dancing with Drones”, a project featuring interactive movement between a flock of drones and dancers, and was the Artistic director of CollMot Robotics. She’s now a freelance drone choreographer working for big scale drone shows.
She worked with and was featured in many institutions and festivals such as Sadler’s Wells, the Royal Opera House, the Science Museum, Sziget Festival, Random Dance.
She is the recipient of the New Europe 100 2016 award, a list of outstanding challengers who are leading world-class innovation.
